Easy VIP Valet ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides valet management technology to valet parking operators ("Operators"). We are not a valet parking company and do not employ valet attendants.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about guests ("you") whose data is entered into our platform by Operators when you use valet services powered by Easy VIP Valet. It also governs use of our website at easyvipvalet.com.

Information provided by you or on your behalf:
- Full name
- Mobile phone number
- Vehicle make, model, color, and license plate
- Payment card information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store raw card data)
Information collected automatically:
- IP address and browser type when you access a guest ticket link
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on guest-facing pages
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your valet ticket
- To send you SMS notifications about your ticket status (see Section 6)
- To process payment for valet services
- To provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to fulfill the valet parking service you requested
- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our platform securely
- Consent — for SMS notifications, which you may withdraw at any time by replying STOP
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws
6. SMS Notifications (TCPA Disclosure)
By personally checking the optional SMS consent box at vehicle drop-off, you consent to receive one transactional SMS from the valet operator, powered by Easy VIP Valet, regarding that valet visit. Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent.
- Message frequency: One message per valet visit containing a secure link to request your vehicle and view charges
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected].
- Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Non-Sharing of Mobile Phone Numbers
Your mobile phone number will not be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through this platform are used exclusively to deliver valet service notifications as described in this policy.
8. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Valet Operators: The operator at the location where you used valet services can access your ticket information to manage your vehicle.
- Twilio Inc.: Our SMS delivery service provider, used solely to transmit status notifications to your phone number. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
- Stripe Inc.: Our payment processor. Stripe receives payment card data to process your transaction. We do not store raw card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy:
- Ticket and vehicle records: up to 90 days after the valet visit
- Payment records: up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
- SMS opt-out records: retained indefinitely to honor your opt-out
10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials at rest, HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
11. Your Rights
All users:
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP
- Request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing us
California residents (CCPA):
- Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, or disclosed
- Right to request deletion of your personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
EEA/UK residents (GDPR):
