Frequently Asked Questions
Everything property managers, valet companies, and hotel operators ask before switching to Easy VIP Valet.
Easy VIP Valet is cloud-based software for running a valet parking operation. Attendants check vehicles in from a phone in under a minute, guests get a QR-coded ticket (printed or digital) and request their car with one tap from anywhere — the dinner table, the lobby, the elevator — and managers see every car, request, and attendant on one live dashboard. It replaces paper ticket books and walkie-talkie coordination with a single connected system.
Valet parking companies running one site or many, condominium and apartment buildings that offer valet as a resident amenity, hotels, restaurants, and event venues. The platform is multi-tenant, so a single valet company can run several client properties from one account, and a property manager can run their own in-house valet team the same way.
No. Guests scan a QR code on their ticket (or tap a link sent by text) and get a web page — no app, no account, no login. They tap "Request My Car" and the attendant is notified instantly. Only staff (attendants and managers) install the companion app, for check-in and instant push alerts even with the phone locked.
An attendant checks a car in from their phone — for high-volume valet, this can be as fast as tapping a pre-numbered tag with no typing at all, matching the classic torn-paper-ticket handoff. The guest's half of the tag has a QR code linking to a live status page for that specific car. When they're ready to leave, they scan it and tap Request; the attendant sees it on the live dashboard immediately.
Both, and they work together. A numbered physical tag (or a printed QR ticket) still changes hands at drop-off exactly like a traditional valet stand — that part never has to change. What's digital is everything behind it: the tag number becomes the link between the guest's phone and their car's live status, with no manual matching or paper stubs to lose.
Residents get their own portal to save their vehicles (including a dedicated parking spot if the building assigns one), request their car on demand, and set up recurring pickup schedules — for example, a car ready every weekday at 7am — without calling down to the stand. Staff get a "Today's Pickups" view showing everything due in the next 24 hours so cars can be staged ahead of time, not scrambled for at the last minute.
However the property wants it to. Some buildings run valet as a complimentary resident amenity with no charge at all. Sites that do charge can collect cash or card in person, or let guests pay online through a secure link — and when a site accepts online card payments, that money goes directly into the valet operator's own connected account. Easy VIP Valet never touches or holds guest payment funds.
Guests can opt in to a single text at check-in with a secure link to request their car and view charges — one message per visit, not a stream of notifications. A guest can also decline to provide a phone number entirely and still use the QR code on their ticket for the exact same self-service flow.
No. It runs on any phone or tablet with a browser. Sites that want physical ticket stock (PVC guest cards or numbered key tags) can print their own with a standard label printer, or order pre-printed sets — but nothing beyond a phone is required to run the platform itself.
Most sites are live within a day. Adding a property means creating a location, inviting the team, and optionally printing key tags — there's no hardware installation or IT project involved.
Yes. Tips are logged per ticket and roll up into per-attendant, per-site reports — useful for payroll and for settling tip pools without paper tally sheets.
Pricing is based on the number of active sites and is quoted directly for each account — request a demo for a custom quote.
Yes — the platform is built multi-tenant from the ground up. A valet company can run many client properties from one login, with each property's tickets, staff, and reporting kept separate.
